JOINTFLEX® Pain Relieving Cream FAQ's

What is JointFlex®?
It is an FDA compliant non-prescription drug that is an easy to apply, non-greasy pain relieving cream. JointFlex® is so effective in relieving pain, its pain relieving performance is guaranteed. Plus, there is No greasy feel, No burning sensation and No pungent medication smell.

Where can I purchase JointFlex®?
JointFlex® Pain Relieving Cream may be purchased at numerous retail outlets throughout the United States. Please check our store locator for the location of your favorite JointFlex® retailer nearest you or call our customer service department at 1-888-464-3336. The number of retail outlets is expanding daily, so keep checking for JointFlex® in your favorite store. If you don't find JointFlex® at your favorite store, make sure to ask your pharmacist to carry JointFlex®.

Does JointFlex® come in a larger size?
JointFlex® currently comes in a convenient 4 oz. squeeze tube. There are no other sizes available at this time.

Can I use too much JointFlex®?
We recommend that you use the product twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening usually works well for most people. However, if you need to use it more times in-between, you can. Your skin can only absorb so much so it is impossible to use too much JointFlex®.

Does JointFlex® come in any other style container?
JointFlex® only comes in an easy-to-squeeze tube at this time. This type of packaging is recognized by the arthritis foundation as acceptable for persons with arthritis. We recommend storing the tube standing on the cap. Once opened, only minimal pressure is then required to dispense the JointFlex®.

How long , after the application, before I feel the effects of the product?
Everyone is different, but most people begin to feel relief in approximately 5 to 20 minutes after their first application when used as directed. 

Does the product contain any aspirin?
No.

Are there any side effects?
There are no known side effects and no known drug interactions unless you know you have an allergy or skin sensitivity to camphor or one of the inactive ingredients. If you have any questions or concerns, consult your physician.

Does Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate help rebuild or repair joints?
These nutrients have been added as part of the skin conditioning base. We believe that the healthier and moister the skin, the better we can deliver the active pain relieving ingredients to the spot where they are needed most making JointFlex® effective at relieving pain. We do not make any other claims at this time regarding these nutrients..
